The 5 Pillars Plan is our foundational and proprietary program. It is a way of managing your wellness and staying fit and healthy as a CK Mama. There are 5 categories of wellness - Nourish, Move, Hydrate, Restore, Connect Together. You do a minimum of one everyday in some small or large way. The plan is customizable to your location, time frame, needs, and CK mama life. We provide daily prompts and a weekly calendar is available to download or save to keep you on track. Also, through our Facebook group, you can join our accountability and motivation chat group. If you don't know how to start getting back to your own fitness and self-care, here is where you begin.
